Camera works in OctoPrint but not in SimplyPrint

Newer versions of Chrome and Edge may be blocking "unsafe content" which an OctoPrint stream is. This does not mean that OctoPrint is not secure but just that the browser can’t see where the stream is coming from and therefore blocks it.

Fortunately, you can fix this yourself by following the guide for the browser you are using which is listed below.

Chrome:

With your SimplyPrint panel open, in the upper left corner, you will find a small lock symbol along with the search box. Click on it and you will be able to select "Site settings". A page will open with a lot of settings, near the bottom you will find the setting for "insecure content". By default, it will read "block". If you change it to "Allow" and go back to SimplyPrint you should now be able to watch the stream from your Camera.

Edge:

With your SimplyPrint panel open, in the upper left corner, you will find a small lock symbol along with the search box. Click on it and you will be able to select "Site settings". A page will open with a lot of settings, near the bottom you will find the setting for "insecure content". By default, it will read "block". If you change it to "Allow" and go back to SimplyPrint you should now be able to watch the stream from your Camera.
